Layed up 2 bid carbon on upper surface of rear seat bottom. Peel plied layup.
Since it was 95 degrees today, I got the brilliant idea to use the great outdoors as a curing oven. Placed partially cured layup on asphalt in the sun. 30 minutes later it was fully cured and badly bubbled. Lots of delamination.
Sanded upper surface of seat bottom with stiff long board sander. Sanded through all delamination areas. Used flapper wheel on dremel to sand edges of delamination and to sand prepreg surface. Plan to skim micro onto delamination areas, sand smooth with long board and apply new 2 bid carbon.
Cut and sanded 3/8 inch phenolic supports and braces for aft attachment of front seats.
