Bonded lower hinge halves to lower cowling with Hysol. Clamped with machine screws/nuts as well as spring clamps. Rolled plane outside to quicken cure in the summer heat.
Located oil door on upper cowling half.
Layed up 4 bid, 10" x10" carbon around oil door area on inside of upper cowling.
