Removed peel ply from interrior and exterrior of cap strip. Sanded cap strip edges. Test fit tank in fuselage. Top is level with fwd footwell tank top. It is possible, but difficult to get tank in and out of airplane through door.
Started work on tank bottom. Fabricated phenolic block with AN3 bolt bonded in. The AN3 will fit through right seat mount hole and assure alignment of finished tank in fuselage. Shaped foam block to mold over gear hand pump pivot bolt. Started masking fwd spar box with plastic tape.
