Installed the door on the fuselage. Tried to place the hinges as accurate as possible but got it far from perfect. The doors rotate allright but there are some gaps here and there so I suppose there will be some draught around the door. Also, the position for the gas spring on the fuselage that icp recommends could not be used (see picture 1) as this is too short (even shorter than the distance needed for the totally comtressed spring). I used 8 mm nuts instead of the recommended rivnut to attach the gas spring to the fuselage as I don't have a tool for the task. The only drawback for this is that it is a little bit more work everytime you wish to detach the door. Good thing is that after installation of the second door latch most of the previous small gaps between the door and the fuselage were miraculously gone and it fits now rather well.
