Brief Description:  Main wheels and spring

How to centre the main spring on the fuselage. Well, the easiest way that I could think of was to balance out the centre and from there measure and mark the whole length of the spring. Nice weather and a nice cup of coffe outside the garage, for a change. I fought a battle to attach the main spring to the fuselage (even with some help from my wife). The trick is to get the spring in the right flat position in the channel. This takes some twisting around bolt heads and rivets but finally it's in place. The next trick is to squeese the spring against the fuselage. The spring is a tough creature and not easy to compress. Also the M8- bolts are 120 cm long but still too short and were of no use for this initial task so you need something else. Well, a couple of jacks on the floor pressing upwards and some people inside the fuselage as counterweight was sufficient to compress the distance needed to reach the bolts and nuts.
The brake discs are part of the wheels and and delivered pre-installed by the icp. The assembly of the main wheels and brake pliers did not cause ant problems. I do like the look of the Azusa wheels.
