This part created a bit of a problem before I realized that the torque tube had been modified and wasn't the same as presented in the manual. This also meant that the bolts and bushings attached to the bellcrank had to be adjusted to move freely (image 1). Likewise, some material from the seat had to be removed to allow free rotation of the torque tube. Not a big deal but somewhat confusing. After the adjustments the stick moved freely.
