Brief Description: Baffles - Magneto and Alternator Blast Tubes
Blast Tubes:
- Blast tubes were manufactured by using 3/4" PVC long radius bends, heated and bend adjusted to suit arrangement
- Fiberglassing of formers, cutting of fibreglass to allow removal of formers followed by joining the halfs with further fibreglass completed the tubes. Tubes were then fitted with aluminium flanges and installed in the rear baffle.
- Alternator blast tube is installed with aluminium flange and SCAT tube connection to the allternator cooling manifold.
