Installation of Boot Cowl Panels
- Prepared bolt penetrations for motor mount and installed firewall on airframe (gleco'd) - Installed rear boot cowl former under floor (gleco'd) - Prepared exhaust tunnel, riveted forward edges (sealed seams with high temperature sealant) to firewall flanges and gleco'd rear to boot cowl former - Prepared top, side and lower boot cowl panels for installation - Trimmed and rolled panels to radii required - Installed instrument panel and checked tilt alignment (gleco'd in place) - Installed all panels with glecos to check fit and alignment - Completed final trimming of panel overlaps
