Closing of trailing edge
Closing of trailing edge in aileron area:
- Rivet skins to false ribs using soft (closed) aluminium rivets
- Set out coverskin and mark rivet location along trailing edges
- Drill holes and dimple holes using dimpling tool
- Install top and bottom trailing edge rivets, check for straightness of trailing edges
"For typical pictures refer to starboard wing"
