Windshield Installation 1/2
Windshield Installation
Windshield was trial fitted and using masking tape to identify tight areas requiring grinding
Cut-off wheel was used to remove tight areas and also allow the trimming of the windshield to match the cowling angles
Repeated trial fitting and trimming achieved close fit with hardly any gaps.
Masking tape was used to mark tight areas
Trimming of windshield with cut-off grinder to adjust contour and to match the angle
Completed contouring showing close fit
