Preparation and painting of fuselage and cowl
Preparation and painting of fuselage alumimium panels and cowling
The following steps were used:
- removal of plastic aluminium protection, cleaning with alcohol was followed by treating the alumimium with Alodine 1201.
- Priming the aluminium with Stewart Systems Eko Prime
- Topcoating of surfaces with EkoPoly Premium Waterbourne
Alodine 1201 aluminium treatment
High pressure water jetting after etching process
Completed top coat prior trim strips
