Brief Description:
Install Trim Wheel
Install Trim Wheel:
- Installed trim wheel on airframe
- Prepare chain drive by inserting bushings and rivet axle at each end for connection to cable run
- Prepare 3/32 inch cables for trim control (swaged eye connection to front end of cables)
- Attached swaged turnbuckle to one end and eye connection to other cable for tail end of cable run
- Installed cable fairleads in airframe and run trim cable.
Installed trim wheel, chain and swaged cable connection.
Fairlead for trim cable at rear of fuselage
Turnbuckle and shackle connection to trim horn
