Inner and outer control surface hinges
Permanent Installation of Aileron and Flap Hinges:
- Reinstalled aileron and flap using wing profile template
- Final alignment of hing location in support tubes
- Secured hinges in support tubes using structural rivets (CherryMax Rivets, 2 /3 No. per bearing support tube)
- Checked final alignment and smooth operation without any binding - Checked out O.K.

Secured flap main hinge bearing with CherryMax rivets
