Cowl Flap:

- Design of mechanism includes overextended elbow to hold cowl flap open in airstream

- Installation of stand-offs to rear edge of cowl required for maintaining shape of opening. Stand-offs manufactured from1/4" aluminium tubing and rivetted to fire wall (refer image 2).
