Wired the co-pilot stick, rather than drill a hole in the stick I wrapped some self amalgamating tape around the base of the stick and brought the cables up the front to the pivot point and then tie wrapped them in place. With full and free their is hardly any movement of the cable, the tape prevents any slip.
