Decided yo go with fitting the amp shunt on the engine side of the firewall, then wiring wiring and more wiring. Now that Dynon have finaly started shipping their capacitance convertors for the vans fuel tanks I have ordered them along with some other bits and pieces from Vans and Steinair. I really dont like the terminal strip that Vans has you make, I am fitting ring terminal strips instead. I come across problems with spade connector blocks working loose and failing all the time in my work with motorcaravans, so it has to be strictly ring terminals all the way for me.
