Using the templates I made yesterday I cut the seals out and riveted them in place. It would be nice to be able to make them in one piece but in reality the corners need to fold in and if you need to pull a cylinder then the four baffle corners need to be removable independantly.
I used a bolt instead of a rivet where the seal overlaps and the baffle sections join
Fitted the lower cowl and trimmed the front edge of the seals
This is what I did in the corners, just need to add lacing holes now
