Post 2 of 2. The flap needed about an 1/8th trimming off the top skin to clear the side of the fuse. The pushrod exit hole ended up taking out one more rivet hole just forward of the one I left empty. Move on to the stbd side tomorrow
With the flap fully deployed It just required some more off the fwd edge
The top skin needed a small amount of trimming where it meets the fuse
