Spent afew hours tonight fitting the ailerons and rigging all the controls, the 9/16th delrin rod I used for the aileron stops gives me 30.3 degrees up aileron and exactly 17 degrees down aileron. Vans says maximum up and down 33 and 17 so I am happy.
