Fabricated the port wing tip light , this ones the taxi light ,so angled the lamp downwards. Painted the perimeter of the lenses same as I did with the canopy, I think it just looks neater similar to a bonding line on a car wind screen. The halogen lamps need to have the filaments orientated vertically rather than horizontally, the bulbs last longer due to the hot filament not flexing up and down when taxiing and landing.
