Brief Description: Fitting and plumbing the Andair fuel valve
After seeing the quality of the Andair fuel valve, I decided to ditch the stock Vans one and and fit the 90 degree valve with swivel tee underneath, this was more or less a straight swap as I had not started the tanks to valve pipe runs yet. I made templates for the pipes with welding wire, this makes the job a breeze and enables the runs to be completed in one piece without extra joints.
Bending a piece of wire to shape first makes life a lot easier
