The black art of bending the longerons (which I wasn't looking forward to) turned out to be a breeze. The fit worked out perfect. Forget the paper templates, just keep trying against the edge of the side skin.(2/3) I set the amount of twist called for on an angle gauge and placed it on the straight angle section forward of the vice, then using a padded adjustable wrench twisted the free end. By placing a steel rule on the twisted end, and sighting down to the angle gauge, I found I could easily get the angle spot on.
