(1) Duct tape comes in handy again.(3) I did not want to have safety wire through the bottom wing skin, as the manual suggests, so I came up with another way. I bent the hinge pin to follow the contour of the flap brace and drilled two small holes. The outboard hinge pin will lie here too, both of them out of sight when flaps are retracted.
