Bolted fork and strut together. Mounted tire to nose wheel, also mounted 2 Main tires and wheels, Put talc powder inside tires, inserted inner tube into tire and inflated to 10 psi. defalted, insured valve on inner tube was in alignment with red dot on tire, then put 2 wheel halves together and torqued bolts to 90 inch pounds and inflated to 60 psi, then deflated and then inflated to recommende pressure of 50 psi. put nose wheel tire back onto nose wheel fork.
