I identified 9 holes that we drilled that did not comply with the Zenith Construction Standards. I was directed by Zenith Aircraft to drill these holes to Size A5 Rivets. I remounted the skin to the horizontal Stabilizer Skeleton with clecos, redrilled the 9 holes to A5. All holes now comply with the Construction Standards. We are once again ready to deburr!
