Left and Right Main Wing Spars require extensions to be added to the tip end of the wing spares. The Alodine I had in stock was old and would not convert the Al properly so I decided to use the spray can etch/primer.
Several J-stiffeners (W1028A and W1028B) had to be created for use when the skins are installed. The wing spare is used as a template.
Several predrilled holes needed to be resized and machine countersunk to accept the fuel tank skins and other associated fore and aft wing skins.
