Finally received my replacement longeron angle (that I miss cut a while back, plus a long break for vacation) so I was able to cut drill and notch the two pieces. I then had to bend the longerons to fit the curve of the tail cone. Making a mark in the appropriate location then placing the longerons in a padded vice accomplished this. Then I hit the longerons with a hammer to create a bend in the longerons of just a couple degrees. This was interesting since when hitting it and making it bend in one direction would only cause it to bend in another direction. Got that finished and they aligned perfectly with the skin of the tail cone. Then came setting up the sawhorses to place the tail section assembly on. Placed F-1078 forward bottom skin on the saw horses and matched drilled the F-1047 R, L, and G stiffeners in place.
