After a Bahamas vacation with Dana and some other activities I'm back....
Identified the short 6 foot and long 8 foot J-channels and marked each one with the appropriate dimension to be cut at. Setup the grinder for the 45 degree angle to be ground on the end of each J-channel F-1047A-G I trimmed each piece to the appropriate lengths, then added the 45 degree angle then debur each J-stiffener. After that I made a centerline mark on the bottom surface of the J-stiffener to be used as a mounting guide. Finally moved on to the F-1032 longerons. I have one piece of angle that is to short so I am waiting on the replacement piece but I went ahead and measured, then cut the F-1032 R longerons. I finished up the night by drilling a 1/4 inch hole 5/16 from the angle edge and trimmed the hole to the F-1011C Horizontal Stabilizer attach bracket.
