Cleco the tip Rib assembly to the elevator, then rivet the assembly to the E-1022 Shear Clip, access them by lifting the skins apart. Rivet the tip rib assembly to the front spar. This step was difficult because the position of the rivets and the spar plus skins made it difficult to access with the squeezer yoke but I was able to use it on 2 of the 4 rivets. The other two had too use the rivet gun and the angled adapter to gain access to the head of the rivet. I then riveted the skins starting with the top skin to the Tip Rib assembly first so that the blind rivets could be used on bottom of elevator. There are two holes that call for blind rivets on the bottom of the elevator because there is no access to them once the skins are closed up. Two other rivets on each side of the elevator skins inboard of the Tip Rib assembly had to be driven using the rivet gun and bucking bar, these where a little challenging because of there location in the corner of the Tip Rib and front spar. The other rivets in the area created interferences for the bucking bar and made the job a little more difficult.
