Started deburring the entire elevator parts, removed the skins and marked all parts with location information. I cleaned up some of the weld located on the inner portion of the elevator control horns. It looked like the plates where not sitting flush with the elevator parts E-905. I just removed the protruding portion of the wells that came through the plate.
