Brief Description: Stiffners , bell crank ribs, and tail skin
I started to Cleco in the bell crank ribs and cam across the little miss-alignment, took a picture and sent to Vans and they replied I could shim the miss-alignment if I wanted to but the warrants no special attention and will not harm anything. So I have continued on with building but will come back to this and remove the gap somehow before I prime the parts. I placed the right side stiffeners F-1047C, D, and E and then placed the right side skin over them. I clecod the skin in place and then used the previous placed marks on the stiffeners to align the front edges to the appropriate locations. I then started to match drill the stiffeners in place making sure I placed the centerline previous marked on the stiffeners in the center of the skin wall holes. I clecod as I went I had to notch some of the frame stiffener pass through to allow clearance with the stiffeners but the manual calls for this also. I then matched drilled all the holes in the skins to the stiffeners.
