Wasn't happy with the way most of the rudder parts turned out from painting the Epoxy Primer so I removed the primer from the surfaces not up too par. Used Alodine again on those surface and prepped for priming. This time I did not reduce the epoxy primer as suggested on the can and the result where perfect. Wasn’t having the "outgas bubbles" as before, guess the reducer was causing it.
