Cut the square in the left skin.....not fun, was very worried about making the hole to large and the cover plate not matching the cutout. I used a Dremel tool and metal bit. I enlarger the back up plate hole so the rudder cable end would pass through the back up plate. Since I do not have the rudder cable I am only hoping the size I have chosen for the pass through hole is large enough.
