Worked on the rear of the tail cone. Mainly concentrated on the rudder stops and brackets F-1055 and F-1056. Had to verify the tail cone section was level from front to aft so when drilling the F-1056 bracket to the tail section the tail section would remain "square".
Figured out the problem with the bell crank ribs, they where in backward, all is good now.
