Started the day with dimpling skins, machine countersink elevator trailing edge wedge and debur. Had some difficulties with getting the right countersink depth. Plus I think the previous owner of the kit had drilled all the holes in the AEX wedges at on time. This made the holes in the wedge not be aligned correctly with the orientation of the skin. I originally thought there was something strange about the wedges when I was drilling them with the skins in place and the angle of the drill bit wanted to change. I am hoping this doesn't affect the finished product. We shall see, so far I don’t see any problems with it yet.
