Brief Description:  Continue re-installing HS-1004 ribs

While reinstalling the HS-1004 ribs I had some problems while pounding in the rivets, seems human error was to blame. I thought I would have most my problems while drilling out the rivets but actually most of the problem occurred when I couldn't get the rivet gun aligned properly to the head of the rivet. Then while trying to remove those messed up rivets is when the trouble started. I was able to use AN470AD5-7 (or AN470AD5-8 depending on its location) rivets in the place of original AN470AD4-7 (or AN470AD4-8) rivets by cutting the appropriate rivets to length enlarging the hole and fixing the problem. I was upset from the original problem but think this is a great fix and am now happy with the results.
Also I realized I had not riveted the 9 #40 countersunk holes in the front spar.... well found another problem. I apparently countersunk the holes for "skin" to be laid over the top giving the hole a countersunk depth WAY to much for just a rivet to fill. SO I elected to drill the hole to a #30 and cut down some AN426AD4-5 to AN426AD4-4.5. This was another great solution to a minor screw up, the rivets turned out nice and flush to the front spar surface instead of being .002 below the surface of the front spar. Both sides of the spar have this modification. Also you will have noticed I already have a journal entry on a previous date concerning this exact problem but for the other side.
