Started to assemble rudder, so I back riveted R-1015's to the skins and started to prep for the Pro-Seal. Wasted some Pro-Seal, I sort of made to large of a batch. Used the paint roller method of applying the Pro-Seal to the R-1006 trailing edge. Applied a little to much Pro-Seal and had to clean up the mess which took a small amount of time but I was able to finish riveting the shear clips and R-1015's together in two hours time. I then mounted a piece of 2" x 2" angle iron to my workbench for a nice straight edge to clamp the trailing edge of the rudder to while the Pro-Seal was drying.
Note some of the surfaces I didn't repaint I'll paint exposed surfaces next time some paints n the pot
Used 2x4 to prop open the skins while Pop Riviting
