Bob and I clecoed the VS-808PP spar doubler to the VS-803PP rear spar. We then clecoed on the VS-410PP, VS-411PP and VS-412PP hinge brackets. We then match drilled to #30 all the holes. Then we took the assembly apart and dimpled the lower holes of VS-803PP for flush rivets where it will attach to the fuselage. Then we countersunk the corresponding holes in VS-808PP.
