Measured 5 & 3/16th inches in from the end of the tabs on HS-702 to mark the bend line. Measured 1/8 inch back from line and marked a drill hole on the bend radius of the flange. Drilled both #30 relief holes then enlarged them with a Uni-bit to 1/4 inch. Removed the excess flange back to the relief holes, Smoothed to cutting marks and bent the tabs on both HS-702's to 6 degrees
