Brief Description: VA-146 Hinge Bracket & Front Spar Assemb
Clamped HS-411PP and 411-BPP arround VA-146 bearing and clecoed to the rear spar. Drilled size #30 the 4 aft holes on the hinge brackets and the Va-146 bearing assembly. Removed the assembly and match drilled the 2 forward holes. Deburred all holes drilled so far on parts HS-609PP's 603PP, hinge brackets and bearing brackets. Clecoed HS-714 and HS-710 to the 2 HS-702 front spar channels, then match drilled #30 all appropriate holes inboard of the bend line on the spar channels. Tapered and sanded smooth the ends of HS710 & HS-714
