Brief Description:  Painting the seat parts

I used the rest of the epoxy primer to prime the seat parts, prior to finishing them in grey paint. The primer takes an age to go off, so this intermittent activity lasted all day.

I painted the seat back panels upright as was shown in Picture 1. When I came to doing the grey stuff the seat backs looked a bit of a mess. The primer had dried on the metal, but not on the plastic sheet so when I rested them on the sheet wet primer had got mixed up with the paint. I did my best to wipe off the mess and repainted the affected areas. On close inspection you can see it's a poor paint job, but I have to say the grey paint is very forgiving. In any case, no-one is likely to see paintwork on the seat backs.
