Brief Description:  Adding ribs to complete the tailplane skeleton

Once all of the Ribs have been attached to the Rib Clips we have the basic skeleton of the tailplane. The end rib is solid, Note also the spar box terminates one rib further in, so is effectively "tapered". The skins, when fitted, will provide the required rigidity.

The second picture shows the installation of the hinge brackets. This is an "all moving tailplane" so the whole structure rotates around these brackets. At this point I have not finally torqued the bolts so everything is still loose. Hope I don't forget - hence note on the spar, in case senility proceeds faster than the build.

The final picture is the skeleton hanging around in the garage awaiting inspection before my handiwork is hidden for all time between the skins.
