Completed Page 06-06 Steps 1-4. Used tin snips to remove excess material, then ground smooth with the Scotchbrite wheels. Still trying to use the snips up-side-down, which doesn’t help. I continued grinding just enough to remove all traces of the holes and slots from VS-1204. When the cone is sat on the bench, the point is just clear of the surface (i.e. not flat). Hope this doesn’t matter. I’m sure I have not removed too much material.
