Brief Description: Building a wing/rear fuselage stand
Having collected lots of timber from Homebase on Sunday, I spent the day starting to construct a variation on the EAA wing stand, with an appendage on top to accommodate the tailplane and the rear fuselage. This will be on casters, so is portable, but unfortunately will be a couple of inches higher than the garage door so cannot be wheeled outside with the fuselage on board. We shall see how useful it proves to be.
I'm still hopeful that it will be possible to build during the day, tidy up, and accommodate a car in the garage overnight.
