Brief Description:  Cowl, baffles

Wasted a ton of time trying to get the cowl pined together, but just couldnt' do it off the airplane. Somehow the geometry changes just enough to prevent the cowl from coming completely together. I don't understand it, but oh well. Then I decided the heck with it and sanded them down, and put a coat of epoxy/acetone on them after cleaning them off with the compressed air. Then I started on the baffles again, and screwed up, putting the oil cooler doubler upside down. It looks the same but isnt, so I had to fill in some blank holes with rivets. Pretty much got the first page of instructions almost done, which is to say, about 1/8th of the baffles are drilled, and ready to deburr and dimple and rivet. Went back during Izzy's nap and cut out the rectangular hole in the rear baffle for the oil cooler. Hope it's in the right place!
