Sanded the high spots down and then removed the skirt from the plane. Trimmed to size and realized I made it about 2 inches too short on one side. Decided to try to salvage, and applied more glass fabric to the back side of the formed skirt, down the short side. After it cures, I'm planning on filling it in with flox. Should work, and if not, I'll just make another. Wasn't that hard.
