Brief Description:  Forward Fuselage

Re-assembled the forward fuselage, and riveted on the backing plate to the center rib. Also riveted in the small clips around the side and middle that support the panel, and drilled the holes for the platenuts. Started working on the canopy, by fitting the roll bar. It needed a slight adjustment to get the proper spacing from the edges of the plane. Then, measured the placement of the pilot holes for the bolts that will hold the roll bar on. Didn't drill them, however. Finally, and I mean finally, I got the conduit through the wings. Don't know why that was such a pain, but it was. But it's done and I can mix up some proseal some time soon and get that gobbed on there, in addition to the other parts I can use proseal on, the firewall, and the vent scoops. Back to Dallas for some big airplane fun.
