Drilled all the holes in the right aileron, after first doing the bottom ribs, deburring and dimpling those and putting in a couple of temporary rivets so I could flip it over and do the other side, including holes into the counterweight (stainless steel tube). I used some left over Brazilian Redwood boards that I cut to match the length of the aileron for weight. Those are some heavy boards and worked great. I drilled the trailing edge right into the bench, using my 84 degree angle I cut out of cardboard back when I was doing the empenage.
