Finished prosealing and riveting the last three inside ribs on the left tank. Experience helps. TUNSTEN rules. I found that 15cc of the white stuff and 3 cc of the black stuff will do one interior rib. I think the inboard rib and outboard ribs may take a little more, to ensure leak proof seals, especially in the corners. I also drilled the hole in the inboard rib for the optical fuel sensor. It requrires a .47 inch hole, but I don't have that bit, so I drilled a 7/16th hole, and reamed it slightly to the required size. I figure the left optical sensor should be set at 1-2 gallons remaining, and the right sensor set higher, at 3-5 gallons remaining. That way, I'll get a light to remind me to switch tanks, and another light telling me it's time to land.
