Messed around with the fuel system plumbing, made a few flares for the return line that I am adding in case I decide to go with the fuel injection, which will require a fuel return line for both tanks. Drilled holes for the vent line and the fuel return line, and I tried out the fittings. Discovered I am missing both fuel supply bulkhead elbows, and emailed Van's about that. Read about the service bulletin, requireing safety wiring the fuel pickup line elbow, to prevent rotation and subsequent fuel starvation. Not a good thing. Cut to length fuel vent line and fuel return lines, flared ends and put fittings on the lines now, so I wont forget later. Put snap bushings in the ribs for the left tank vent line. Deburred right tank ribs and stiffeners and baffle. Need to purchase some safety wire.
